PRP Vampire

How Can We Help?

The PRP Vampire facial is a facial treatment which has a range of benefits. PRP can be used to treat hair loss, by stimulating hair growth to your scalp, and skin rejuvenation. It will help to treat fine lines and sagging skin, stimulate growth of new collagen and revitalise your skin tissue.

It is a three-step medical treatment. Tracy will take a sample of your blood, then process the sample in a centrifuge machine. This separates the blood constituents in order to concentrate the stem cells, growth factors and platelets. She will then deposit the plasma into the targeted area.

There are minimal side effects to this treatment as it is your own plasma that is being placed into the area.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is PRP treatment, and how does it work?

Answer: PRP treatment involves drawing a small amount of the patient’s blood, processing it to concentrate the platelets, and then re-injecting the platelet-rich plasma back into the patient. The high concentration of platelets, which release growth factors, is believed to accelerate tissue healing and regeneration.

What conditions can PRP treatment be used for?

Answer: PRP has been used for various conditions, including cosmetic procedures like facial rejuvenation, hair loss treatment. However, the efficacy can vary depending on the condition and the individual.

Are there any side effects of PRP treatment?

Answer: Common side effects are typically mild and might include pain at the injection site, swelling, bruising, and, rarely, infection. Since PRP is derived from the patient’s own blood, allergic reactions are extremely rare.

How long does it take to see results after a PRP treatment?

Answer: The timeframe for noticing results can vary depending on the condition being treated and the individual’s healing process. Some patients may notice improvement within weeks, while others might take several months. Multiple treatments might be necessary for optimal results.

How many sessions of PRP treatments should a patient typically undergo for optimal results?

Answer: The number of PRP sessions a client should undergo varies based on the specific condition being treated, the severity of the condition, and individual healing responses. Typically, many clients  benefit from a series of 3 to 4 treatments spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart. However, some conditions might require additional sessions. It’s crucial for patients to have a personalized consultation with a qualified professional like Tracy Fensome to determine the appropriate number of treatments for their unique situation.
